
In 2002, Beach Club, Inc. acquired a prime, 20-acre parcel of land with over250 feet of private beach on the shore of South Lake Tahoe in Stateline, NV. The acquisition presented a unique opportunity to re-develop the land and existing mobile home community, Tahoe Shores, into an exclusive residential development on the Lake. Principals Bob Mecay and Gary Sabin realized the unique potential of the land and proceeded through conception, design and TRPA approval to develop the Tahoe Beach Club.
