Green Building

Tahoe Beach Club, Inc. has spent the past 7 years carefully planning and working with the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) and its architects & engineers to become the first and only multi-family residential development approved on the Lake in 25 years.  Designed with Lake Tahoe’s precious environment in mind, the project will make significant environmental & aesthetic improvements to the 20-acre parcel of land located on the south shore of Lake Tahoe. As a result, the TAHOE BEACH CLUB received a rare “unanimous” approval by the TRPA board.

The LEED Green Building Rating System is voluntary and emphasizes state-of-the-art strategies in five areas, which have been incorporated into the design & planning of the TAHOE BEACH CLUB development: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials and resources selection and environmental quality.

The TAHOE BEACH CLUB is proud to be a member of the USGBC and looks forward to providing its residents with the tools to “Keep Tahoe Blue” by going “Green”.
